Note: All students are required to be at their designated pick up point PRIORto the bus arrival, we reccommend by 5 minutes. If there is no student present at the designated bus stop location, the bus is NOT required to stop.

School Closings, delayed openings and early dismissals resulting from weather conditions or other situations will be announced via "Global Connect" messaging and also through local media sites such as WIVB channel 4, WKBW channel 7, and WGRZ channel 2. Local radio stations 97 Rock, Star 102.5, WYRK 106.5,and WBEN 107.7 will also have delays or closing alerts. We do not transport to outside schools when Forestville CSD is closed.
Bus Routes & Schedules
Routes are created at the beginning of each school year and are posted in the Silver Liner. Be advised that routes are adjusted regularly for safety and efficiency and this may alter your students time of pick up and delivery, usually by no more than 5 minutes. However, if major revisions are made, you will be notified by the Transportation office.
3:30 & 5:30 Bus Schedules:
The 3:30 After School buses depart the school grounds at approximately 3:36 and operates Monday - Thursday. There are 4 buses that cover the entire 65 square mile district. That means that it may be close to 4:30 before your childs arrival home, depending on how far you live from the school site.
The 5:30 Late Bus departs the school grounds at approximately 5:35 and operates Monday - Friday. There are 3 buses that cover the 65 square mile district. During the height of the sports practice seasons, there may be a good number of students utilizing these buses, which could mean a longer ride home, please plan accordingly.
