• Attendance - Please remember to send in excuses for your children who have been absent from school.

Flu season - It's that time of year again to check with your physician to receive your flu shots. Also, a reminder to be sure your children are dressed appropriately for the weather.

Contact information - Please update the main office if any of your contact information, such as work or cell phone numbers, has changed. We can then reach you easily if your child becomes ill during the school day.

Medications needed during school hours - If your child needs any medication during school hours, please contact me. A form needs to be filled out by your physician before any medication can be given. Many parents have already contacted me. If you have already submitted the form and brought in the medication, nothing further needs to be done.

Pre- K and Kindergarten students - I would be happy to keep a change of clothing in my office for your child in case they need to change during the day. I will label them with your child's name and keep them only for their use.

Physicals - Every student in Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, and 5th grades, along with new students are required to have a physical exam. The school physician comes in several times a year to perform these physicals.   If you do not want a physical done in school, one will be accepted from your own personal physician, but must be completed on the required NYS School Health Exam Form.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.
