Learning expands beyond sports as students learn life skills such as group cooperation, leadership, sportsmanship, and self-efficacy.
Activities for the year include: volleyball, fitness, project adventure, team handball, basketball, badminton, floor hockey, dance, soccer, kan jam, football, softball/baseball and various team games. Skills and written tests will be administered during units. Outside writing assignments will be assigned occasionally. This includes developing a personal fitness plan. Fitness tests will be administered each quarter, testing student’s in the five components of fitness.
