MISSION STATEMENT
Forestville Central SHAC is commited to implementing programs and policies that address the social, physical and emotional concerns of our students, parents, staff and community providing them with the knowledge and skills to make life-long healthy choices.
COMMUNITY SURVEY
Forestville Central School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) would like to examine the possibility of offering Adult/Community Education courses. We are conducting a survey to see what types of interest exist in our community. We are also looking for people who are willing to share their talents and teach them to others. Please review the list below and check any areas that you would like to see offered. Also, at the bottom, please list any topics that you would be able to teach.
